>> This holiday season there's plenty to get for that special gamer in your life. We've got some new portable hardware that has hit the scene in addition to a new Playstation 3 edition that's finally affordable. If you're looking for the right games to get, we've got you covered. All of the consoles have something for everyone regardless of what kind of games you like to play, but first, let's start out with the new hardware. This holiday season, two new updates for the PS3 and Xbox 360 are available. The 80 Gigabyte PS3 is now only $400.00, and for a Blu-Ray player alone, we think it's a great deal, but the PS3 also happens to play games, many of which are new for the holidays. While the 80 Gigabyte won't play old Playstation 2 games, we still think it's a great overall value. Next is the Xbox 360 now available for only $300.00. That's only $50.00 more than a Wii. This new model comes with a 60 Gigabyte hard drive instead of the old 20 Gigabyte. Now it allows you to save even more games, watch even more downloaded videos from the new marketplace. Now, with the new Xbox experience, you can actually stream your Netflix queue directly to the console. Looking for something new for your Wii? We really love the Nyko Wing Wireless Classic Controller. It replaces that old Nintendo-branded controller and improves on it in almost every way. Now, let's get to the games. If you're a DS fan, this holiday we really recommend you take a look at Sin City Creator. It's a play on that classic PC simulator, and we think it's great for gamers of all ages. If you're looking for a PSP game, try out Secret Agent Clank. The little guy finally gets his own game, and take it from us, it does not disappoint. On the Nintendo Wii, we recommend you check out the Blob from THQ. It's a very unique game where you must return the color to a city that has had it stolen. It's another title that's perfect for all ages. Now let's run down our recommendations for the other consoles. For the gamer that loves action and shooting, we recommend checking out Leopard Dead on the PCR360, Gears of War for the 360, Resistance 2 for PS3, or Dead Space for either console. For the adventurer, definitely check out Tomb Raider Underworld, Prince of Persia, or Mirrors Edge. Still haven't heard anything you like? No problem. Why don't you check out Fall Out 3 for any console and Little Big Planet for the PS3. And we hope our guide has made it a little easier to shop this year. Thanks for watching, and happy holidays.
