Hi, I'm Bridget Carey at CNET here at CES. We're showing you a first look at a wearable body sensor that's disposable. It's the BodyMedia Patch and the company BodyMedia has been known for making their wearable armband devices that help monitor different vital signs whether it's the calories burned, your steps taken, how active you are, your sleep efficiency but now it comes in a patch that can stick to you and monitor your data for 7 days and you can wear it for 7 days straight even in the shower. This thing will collect the data for 7 days straight for all the same kind of data that their wearable armbands collect except this is disposable. When you're done, when you take it off, you're gonna have a maybe USB port or Bluetooth connection that can take that data to your computer so you can analysis it. Now this is the prototype. It's gonna be available in the 4th quarter. We don't have a price yet. So who's gonna use this? Someone who maybe doesn't wanna commit to a more expensive armband patch. This one... use it for a week, maybe even a doctor would hand out to a patient they wanna monitor for 7 days. So that's a first look at the BodyMedia patch.
