>> Hey, what's up guys Brian Tong here with CNET.com at the San Francisco Apple Store on a Saturday. And what else would people be doing here on a Saturday but playing Guitar Hero III. ^M00:00:09 [ Music ] ^M00:00:18

>> I think every warm-blooded American male has the deep down desire to be a rock star and Guitar Hero makes that accessible.

>> Now, what excites you about having games like Guitar Hero on the Mac platform now?

>> It's pretty cool. It's sorta starting to dispel the notion that just 'cause you have a Mac, you can't play games. ^M00:00:37 [ Music ]

>> There were three rounds of competition, and each of the winners got an iTunes gift card.

>> I like playing it with the boys.

>> Now, one of your sons actually won the first round, correct?

>> Uh-huh. Yeah.

>> So did you, like, teach him everything you know, or...

>> No. No. No. They're teaching me.

>> Okay. So it's family event.

>> Yeah.

>> Actually we're down here for a Super Smash Brothers tournament my cousin's competing in. He's in the regionals. So we were actually here to watch him and we found out there was a Guitar Hero tournament in the Apple Store nearby. So we decided to come see it.

>> You're like a hard core gamer, basically.

>> Yeah.

>> Yeah.

>> Well, you know what I really like is that it mixes a lot of the eras of music together. And so I'm watching my kids enjoy music from my era, and I'm learning, you know, songs that are from their era. So I think that's very cool.

>> So you just might be one of the coolest gamer moms, like, in the face of the world, right? Plays Guitar Hero with her kids.

>> Well, you know, [inaudible] should be seated for the kids. I mean why should they have all the fun?

>> Yeah. [ Laughter ] ^M00:01:30 [ Music ] ^M00:01:37 Those guys are gonna be jammin' for the rest of the day. For CNET.com, I'm Brian Tong. Rock on. ^M00:01:42 [ Music ]
