Get an up-close look at the Lexus LF-LC concept Video Transcript
Behind me is the LF-LC Coupe. A new concept from Lexus that represents a more affordable sports car than the current LFA model. Lexus insists the LF-LC will be hybrid, but hasn't specified an engine or any performance numbers yet, so we have no idea what this car could really do. What we're left with is a (dramatic?) study. A Coupe with 2+2 CD. To find out expanse on the design of the current Lexus grille and adds LED headlights. The side chose an angular Coupe profile and the rear mirror the shape of the front. There are also Quad rear pipes for whatever engine it might have. Now, the interior of the LF-LC has a lot of Lexus luxury elements, leather in nice tones of nice design in there. But also has a lot of concept car flourishes too like LCD panels, a lot of lights on the instrument plus there are stuff that you probably wouldn't see in a production car. Lexus doesn't currently have a Coupe in it's lineup besides the LFA. So this car may represent an expansion for the line up eventually. I'm Wayne Cunningham reporting from Detroit.
