>> Toyota says this hybrid X concept quote proposes a new design language for hybrid models while also acting as a technology showcase for future hybrid cars. Does that mean it's the next Priis? Well maybe. This concept has more of a people mover look to it. A very glassy greenhouse. You might also have spotted those twenty inch wheels, they definitely hint on a more sporty posture to maybe help the next Priis get past it's wimp image. If you look closely you'll see the headlights are actually part of the dashboard and peek through the windshield. And by the way they are LED arrays that can also be used to create animated graphics to signal messages to pedestrians and oncoming cars. Inside is a perfume diffuser to set the scent, two screens confront the driver, one is in the steering pad. A third screen in the console handles ambiance including sound, lighting and that scent generator. Rear seats swivel twelve degrees. Definitely a concept but pointing the way to the next Priis. ^M00:01:07 [ Music ]
