>> If an Escalade isn't ostentatious for you, the wacky builders at EDAG will go it one better. This new concepts called the LUV, the luxury utility vehicle, and while it has Escalade appointments all around it, it actually is not built on a Cadillac. It's built on the chasse of a Honda Ridgeline, underpinned by many mechanicals from Mercedes. But what really grabs your eye is the Maritime look. Notice the oiled teak panel on the hood and how about that oiled teak flooring inside. The interior and instrument panel defiantly came from the Mercedes parts bin. Under the hood, same thing, there's a BRABUS tuned 6.1 liter motor good for four hundred and sixty two horse power. That will get you to sixty in about six seconds even with a vehicle this big, but wouldn't that crack the teak? Inside, you'll also find a couple of Ultra Mobile PC?s partnered in with Intel. EDAG is a German company so I suspect they don't know that when we call a car a boat, that's not a complement. ^M00:01:06 [ Music ]
