At Sony's E3 2012 press conference, developers from Ubisoft demonstrated a high-seas battle featured in the new PlayStation 3 game.
We get our first look at real-time Sony PS4 gameplay for the Ubisoft pirate adventure Assassin's Creed: Black Flag.

Assassin's Creed II takes you back in time once again where you'll control a long lost relative during the Italian Renaissance.
The "Prince of Persia" series found much success in the previous generation of video games. Now Ubisoft is back with a new "Prince of Persia"--complete with a unique art style and a brand-new fighting mechanic. You'll also be joined by a Elika, a female character who helps you fight enemies and solve puzzles. "Prince of Persia" is set to release by year's end for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
This week Ubisoft released the latest game in the series, Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands. While it has absolutely no connection to the movie starring Jake Gyllenhaal, the game reminds us most of what the film was adapted from, The Sands of Time. In fact, The Forgotten Sands takes place during the seven-year gap between it and Warrior Within, so it's clear that the intention of the game was to revisit some of the franchises earlier roots.
On today's show, there's tech news, but there's also the new Sprint Evo 4G, and that's kind of all we can think about. Its big 4-inch screen, its two cameras, its kickstand. Sigh. It's my new boo. Also, though, some stuff about Google, the full text of ACTA is leaked, we have a winner in the Apple vs. Predator video contest, and holy crap, did you see that Evo?
Samuel L. Jackson stars in this intense and aptly named action feature from director David Ellis. Jackson plays an FBI agent who is escorting a witness on a flight from Hawaii to Los Angeles when an assassin releases hundreds of deadly snakes on a commercial airplane in order to eliminate the witness. The FBI agent, along with a rookie pilot, frightened crew, and passengers must then band together in a desperate attempt to survive.
Sega's Full Auto is Need for Speed with weapons. The combat racing game, which also features a Prince of Persia-like 'uncrash' rewind feature, is one of the Xbox 360's showcase launch titles.
