>> The A8, it's Audi's flagship and it gets a pretty heavy refresh for '08 before a completely new car arrives in 2009. Now the first thing you'll notice is the grill treatment very much from Audi's new Velari concept car. 8's have always been tech showcases and in this refreshed version we'll see Audi's side assist and Audi lane assist warning technologies. Blind spot warnings will be given to you by the colored lights in the side mirror housings, varying in colors and intensities, lane departure warning is camera based and if you drift, the car will vibrate the steering wheel. Power plans remain basically unchanged with a four point two liter V8 and a 6 liter W12. Still no turbo diesel announced for the United States but that's probably going to happen with the all new A8 a year and a half or so down the road. ^M00:01:03 [ Music ]
