>> [Inaudible] cutting edge connectivity technology done with Ford and Microsoft, and only been on the market a few months, but already, they've got an update, like computer software. Let's go inside, and I'll show you.
>> The new firmware, you can get on your sync [assumed spelling] system, and on the new synch cars coming out this summer, can detect if the airbags been deployed. It picks up that data from the vehicle's data network. Then it waits ten seconds to make sure that for whatever reason, it's not a false alarm. If it gets no response, or a cancel by you in that ten seconds, it wakes up your cell phone via [assumed spelling] bluetooth, and it calls 911. Then when it gets the operator, in case you're off disabled from the accident, it will play a prerecorded message that they record, so you don't have to go in and do it yourself, and say there's been an airbag deployment, yada, yada, ya [assumed spelling]. They, of course, can then trace where you are by the GPS, 911 technology in modern cell phones, and come help you out. Another technology that'll be coming along about the time is a vehicle health report. So the sync technology is being used to read about two dozen perimeters of vehicle performance and maintenance, which you can then say sync it up to my website, my sync my ride website, and let me know a report of when my vehicle needs maintenance. Probably more about getting in the dealer for them to do schedule maintenance then it is about really diagnosing your car. But it's a step into a more communicative, integrative [assumed spelling], technology.
