>> Hi, I'm Jessica Dolcourt from cnetdownload.com and I have friends. I bet you have friends too, which is why this first look video focuses on facebooks, specifically, Facebook for iPhone. Yes, those brilliant Facebook engineers made a mobile site that looks great on the iPhone. Point the Safari browser to iphone.facebook.com. There's your news feed, your profile, tabs for friends and a nice friend circle that tells you how many messages are in your inbox. You get to your newsfeed by default. You can click on your friend's name in the Apple slide over, which is visually very cool. You can also read their wall and you can write on their wall. You do that simply touch on the screen and start typing away. Click done when you are done and they will have a new message waiting for them. You can also change your status from Facebook for iPhones. Simply press the word status, start typing away, click done, update and you'll have a new status. You can't edit your profile or upload photos or interact with any third-party apps from this site, so you'll have to switch over to the regular Facebook site to do that by scrolling down to the very bottom. Keep in mind that iphone.facebook.com should work with other mobile browsers that are built with the web kit open browser standards. So, it should work with Symbian S60 phones. To access Facebook from all other phones point your browser to m.facebook.com. I'm Jessica Dolcourt and this has been Facebook for iPhone. ^M00:01:22 [ Music ]
