Ep. 1194: Pee2Pee Video
Well according to one listener, you can't get away from underwear in Japan so the Google streetview cameras shouldn't try. Also if you deleted those pictures of you in your underwear from Facebook, I can still see them. In fact deleting photos from social media doesn't make it as deleted as you might like. We also talk Pirate Bay, RealDVD and other court cases.
In case you missed the big event and like to get your news recaps as though they're happening in real-time, here's a replay of our live coverage of Apple's iPad 2 announcement! Upshot: Brian Tong really IS NostraTongus, and every other tablet maker on earth better start slashing prices, stat. --Molly
On today's show, cute-animal-song wunderkind Parry Gripp joins us to talk about his new Baby Monkey iPhone game, and he's represented by the cutest bunny ever. Seriously. We can barely focus. Seriously. Also, Facebook's major sweeping privacy changes mean you can finally erase your ex from your profile, which is actually kind of awesome. And how "2001: A Space Odyssey" apparently constitutes prior art for tablet design. Oh, yeah.
Paramount is dropping sounds out of your movies, Canadian customs guards might be rifling through your laptop for ripped CDs, and aliens are real. See, now, it sounds like today's show is all made-up stories, but the first two things are true, and the last one is ... well, I don't know, I guess it might be true. There's a guy in Denver who says he's got a video. YouTube it!

Hence: Ping comment spam. Also, HP is going to actually produce memristors, 4chan is throwing birthday parties for sweet old men, and Boxee CEO Avner Ronen joins us to talk about why Apple TV doesn't scare him one bit. --Molly

Apple's iPad 2 dominates the tech news headlines, even down here in Austin. America is sold out of iPads, and we're at least partly to blame. Also, no NFC for your iPhone anytime soon, Facebook gets into the Groupon game, Brian Tong and Cheezburger CEO Ben Huh compare watches, and how to carve hair into a 640-pound block of cheese. All from the Salt Lick BBQ wine cellar, the best place to have a wedding I ever did see. --Molly
When graphene meets a diamond, what will happen? Ragnarok? We explore that and other matters of scientific interest, such as whether the Wii or the DS is technically the top-selling 'console' in the U.S., on today's video version of Buzz Out Loud. Plus, Brian Tong is on, so we actually have a lot of fun.
From Austin, Molly and Brian interview Pete Cashmore, get caught up on the big group texting trend, and fall in love with Felicia Day. Plus: movie stars!
