>> Hi, I'm Rich Brown CNET editor for CNET.com. Today we're gonna take Emano EX 7400U. As you can see this is a small form factor PC, a little bit bigger than the Mac mini but not quite as big as some other ones we've seen. It's definitely the high in of that family though. It has a high end Intel Court 2 Duo Mobile Processor as well as three gigs of pretty fast memory. So, it's a pretty powerful system not really designed for gaming or multimedia but just general rod hard computing. As you can see on the front here, there's a slot with a DVD drive that's a nice touch. And in general, it's a pretty classy looking system. You could put this in whatever room of the house you wanted to and it would look okay. So from the back like the Mac Mini you can see the row of all the inputs and outputs. Here's a TV tuner input. That's unique for small form factor systems. The Mac Mini doesn't have that. And here you'll see the DVI output. Now this goes to an Intel GMA 950 graphics chip. And basically, what that means is that this is a pretty expensive system but it doesn't have the most state of the art hardware in it. There are notebooks out there that are comparably priced that are full-fledged notebooks, you know, they're portable, they've got a screen. Whereas, this is, you now, it's a nice fast computer but it kinda makes you wonder if you're paying all that why not just get a notebook. So, you see it also has a network jack there's also built in 802.11 ABNG, but again, with the newer higher end notebooks there's no 802.11 N which is very high band width WiFi access. Now along with the benefits of being small Emano also says this system is environmentally friendly. It's cites an array of materials inside that makes it more power efficient. And as you can see there's no internal supply there's just a power brick, plugs right in your wall very easy. So, if you're set on getting a small desktop that'll do pretty much whatever you want it to short of gaming and real high end multimedia this isn't a bad way to go.
