THE DRIVER REPORTED A STUCK ACCELERATOR -- AND THE PRIUS HIT 90 MILES AN HOUR ON EASTBOUND INTERSTATE EIGHT. THE CALL CAME INTO THE CHP AROUND ONE-THIRTY THIS AFTERNOON.
