>> Great big four door convertibles, they're quite indulgent and quite exclusive in the recent history of auto making. We have the Kennedy Lincolns in the early and mid 60s of course that are iconic. Mercedes did an S class four door convertible in the 50s and not since then, until now. Check out this car. They call it the Ocean Drive. It's technically a concept but very production looking. What you see here is basically an S600 four door flagship sedan with a convertible job done on it. It's a cloth top by the way, not a retractable metal hard top as so many car makers are doing. Under the hood of course would be that six cylinder V12 because it is derived from an S600. The usual array of technologies would be in the cabin and Mercedes loads up the S class as we've shown you in some other CNET Car Tech videos. But one additional technology on this car that I love is called air scarf. It's a vent system around the head rest and top of the seats to blow warm air around your neck and top of your shoulders to make this thing a little more pleasant to pilot in cooler weather. Now the price on this is anybody's guess, 150, pushing 200000. Definitely an exclusive car. And some say it could be pushing up and even replacing the need for the MiBoc range.
