Dell W4201C Review

Editors' rating

The good: Accurate color decoding; relatively deep blacks; independent memory per input; excellent connectivity, including two HDMI inputs; versatile PIP feature; anti-burn-in mode; optional detachable speakers.

The bad: Black and near-black scenes exhibit false-contouring artifacts and noise.

The bottom line: While the Dell W4201C is suitable for brightly lit environments, its image quality for home theater falls short of that of the best plasmas we've seen.
