>> Hi, I'm Rich Brown, Senior editor from CNET.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the Dell Inspiron 530. This is a configurable budget desktop. You have a fair amount of options to make this a little bit more powerful than your standard [inaudible] PC. It also has a few features in this particular configuration that help it stands out. Now, on the front, you have your typical DVD drive up here. There's also a mini-card reader behind this door. Built-in to that media card reader though is Bluetooth capability. That's pretty cool because you can connect the system to your cell phones and other devices that really kind of -- kind of lends it some unique utility. Inside you can see it's a pretty clean interior. You definitely have room for upgrades here too. There's two free memory slots. There's also an expansion slot and you can actually add a second hard drive right here. Now, most people associate poor performance with the budget PC but this system shows that it doesn't really have to be the case. Not only does it have dual-core chip, it also has a dedicated graphics card. Now this is not a gaming system. That's not a powerful enough card to really give you a good experience in game, but it does upload a bunch of these graphics processing from CPU to memory and lets the system really do pretty well with Windows Vista. Now, overall the system is maybe a little more expensive than your very, very low-end budget PC, but you do get a fair amount of features and it's a pretty good deal.
