[ Background Music ]

>> A new take on a camera cellphone the Tenori-On and some extra juice for your iPhone plus Senior producer Ariel Nunez in the studio.

>> What's up? [ Background Music ]

>> All that and more on this week's Crave.

>> What's up guys? You're watching Crave and everything that you see here. We talk about on the Crave blog at crave.cnet.com. I'm Joe with my main man, my Senior Producer, Ariel what's going on, dude?

>> Well, I'm doing good man.

>> So, you guys have already been familiar, you've seen a lot of ladies on the show. So, we're keeping that trend by bringing Ariel to the studio.

>> Yes, thanks man. It feels good. [ Laughing ]

>> You look really good. It's really nice.

>> Thank you.

>> All right. So, you know what we do here? What did you bring to Crave?

>> First of all let me get ready here.

>> No. [Laughing]

>> Let's say you know you're hanging out with your crew in the subway. You know, like you always do.

>> Yes.

>> And then do you see you're rival crew and they want a battle.

>> What?

>> So, you just buzz this out here.

>> Oh no. Wow. [ Background Music ]

>> You walk around like that in public?

>> Yes.

>> Does it get your girls?

>> No. [ Simultaneously Talking ]

>> No, if anything they get annoyed that I'm doing my music out loud.

>> So, basically this is a replica of original Boombox that came out back in the day and then this one actually integrates the iPod right in here.

>> That's tight.

>> Throw it in here and also you could-- it's good for barbecues or battling dudes in the subway. [ Background Music ]

>> Okay. What we actually got--a camera phone from Motorola. They haven't been doing much for a while but it's their new take. It's called the ZN5, 5-megapixel camera. It has Wi-Fi. It has Quadband, GSM and it allows you to once you to take your pictures, upload it without you touching the button to the Kodak photo gallery service used to be all photo. This kind of hot. It has of ton of editing features. I don't know, I think it's finally someone's focusing on a camera with the phone.

>> So, it's kinda like if you want to do live blogging or--

>> Yeah, yeah.

>> Or you know, me taking photos of you and you know, sitting next to me.

>> Oh, no. Let's not do that.

>> Okay, let's not do that. [ Background Music ]

>> Okay. So, the second thing I got is the Tenori-On. Now basically what it is, it's a square looking thing. It looks like kinda like a light bright, you know, like light bright.

>> What's the song like? What's the song like?

>> I don't remember.

>> Dude you're singing it earlier. What is the song like? [ Background music ]

>> Light bright, light bright.

>> Yes you're not getting any closer.

>> Thank you.

>> Every button has a sound. So it's basically drum machine. So, one row will be all drums. One will--

>> So, It's cool. This is a virtual Tenori-On.

>> What's this button is?

>> Yes. [Laughing]

>> What's this one will do?

>> That was a snare.

>> I didn't hear it.

>> I didn't hear it either because it's not on. [ Background Music ]

>> I have this like little dinky thing but this is kind of cool. It's a battery-pack charger for your iPhone.

>> Boring.

>> What?

>> Do you have an iPhone? What if you run out of juice on a trip and you needed a quick battery pack. This is from Kennington and it gives you 30 hours of music time. Right. You want that? Six hours of video, 3 hours of talk.

>> I mean it's not a Boombox.

>> It's not a Boombox but look. Look at this thing.

>> It's a battery.

>> What else you have? Oh, you don't have anything else. [ Simultaneous Talking ] [ Background Music ]

>> We also know that you guys send in a bunch your nicknames for Natalie and we're not going to show them this time. We want you to send more of those submissions in and keep them coming, we will show them next time on next week's Crave.

>> They need to step it up, though.

>> Yes, that's why we're setting another week.

>> There was like three that I like.

>> Okay. Now you guys all know what's coming up. It's the segment that we love it's called "Do not Crave". [ Background Music ]

>> Natalie talked about a kissing robot last time and this week, I'm hating all the robot nation as well. Technologies provided us with robots that beat us in chess, robots that behave like animals and now an air hockey robot. A company called Nuvasion [phonetics] has made it a reality, so now you people that go stag at [unintelligible] on a Friday night can now have a robot to dominate you and make you feel like a bigger loser when you leave and that's after you dropped 20 bucks on a power card. So, in a live demo, this thing basically kicked everybody's ass. So, why are we making robots that make games, not fun? Stupid, I'm calling up all those robots that suck and I'll going to say is [inaudible] [ Background Music ]

>> Sorry dude I was hating all robots. I'm just pissed off with this stuff.

>> No that's--

>> They're taking our job. They're taking, you know, they're taking of our friends.

>> We should take out the robots. Let's battle these robots.

>> Let's do it, let's do it. Let's battle in the dance.

>> So, we challenge all you robots out there.

>> We're going down robots.

>> All right, we'll see you guys next week on Crave. Are you coming out?

>> No problem.

>> All right. ^M00:04:09 [ Music ]
