>> Molly Wood: Hi, I am Molly Wood and welcome to the Buzz Report. This week the copyright fight reaches new heights of insanity, Prince turns on his fans and samurais attack. But first, the gadget of the week. The gadget of the week is the Zune2. That's right, look out iPod, the Zune2 has hit the streets and unlike previous Zunes people like it. The new Zune line includes some little flash players and 4NA gigabytes and a big daddy with an 80 gig hard drive. Now, it only works on the PC so it's not going to replace every iPod out there but its slick interface, great sounding FM radio, wireless thinking and actual good headphones make it a new front runner in the MP3 race. Plus if Microsoft can make this much of an improvement in just one year, imagine next year's Zune. [ Music ]

>> That's right that is Microsoft's getting in the game. And now for the news. This weeks Democrats introduce legislation in the house that would force universities to police their own networks for file sharing and may be even force them to pay for monthly music subscription services like Nabster. The bill said that the universities would have to test technology that would block potential illegal file sharing or risk losing Federal financial aid. >> Molly Wood: In a related story, the artist currently known as Prince is lashing out at fans who use of unauthorized images of him on fan sites. According to princefansunited.com Prince and his lawyers say that fan sites can't show any art work with the artist's likeness and must even remove photos of Prince inspired license plates or tattoos. Huh, I guess someone have to get this removed. It's going to hurt. And finally it's been on hiatus but its back. It's time to take a look at what's clogging the tubes.
