Budget-friendly Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G LTE Video Transcript
Budget phones just really keep getting better and better. I'm Jessica Dolcourt for CNET. This is the Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G LTE. That's what it's called. It's a new Smartphone for Sprint runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. It's got a 4-inch display here. Interestingly, it's an LCD display on Samsung's usual AMOLED screen. The hardware itself is very familiar. It's got the silver color sort of an interesting design down here with the navigation. It kind of looks like you have to press it, but it really is capacitive. There's a dedicated camera button on the side that I really like. Otherwise, it's just a kind of basic looking, not very premium in look and feel and there is a micro SD card slot on the outside, so that's a [unk] pretty easy access there. There's a 5-megapixel camera on the back with flash. Pretty decent so far in my tests. On the front, there's a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. Now, this phone does support 4G LTE speeds, but here in San Francisco, we don't have 4G yet for Sprint so I'm getting 3G speeds. It's something to think about before you buy it. Though it's not the most exciting Smartphone on the market, but at $49.99, it is very serviceable and it comes at a nice price. That is a 2-year contract of course. I'm Jessica Dolcourt for CNET. This has been your first leg at the Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G LTE for Sprint.

Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G LTE (Sprint) Review
The good: The Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G LTE comes with Android 4.0, two cameras, and NFC for a great price. I love the dedicated camera button.
The bad: This Android smartphone is thick and heavy, and Sprint's 3G speeds are slow in unsupported LTE areas.
The bottom line: The Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G LTE is a good Android choice, but for the same price, the LG Viper gives you greater camera power.
