>> Bentley will tell you one of the key differentiators between them and Rolls Royce is that their cars are meant to be driven, flogged, as it were. Here's a floggable sample. This is the new Bentley Spur Speed. The name should tell you enough. They've gone now to a six-liter, V-12, twin turbocharged, good for 600 horsepower, and zero to 60 in four point five, which isn't the fastest car in the world, but it is the fastest four door salon in the world. And look at the size of this thing. Four point five? That's amazing. ^M00:00:35 [ Music ] ^M00:00:38 Ah, I could live in here. You've got a three-spoke wheel, much more sporting than in a standard Spur. All the usual technology gadgets, off set with nice chrome bright work. This engine-turned finish is very cool. The audio system is from Naim Audio, a very high-end British concern. Eleven hundred watts, 15 speakers. This is the same audio company that wouldn't even make a CD player until 1990 because they felt compact discs just weren't up to snuff. I like these people. Now, of course, if you buy one of these, you may spend a fair amount of time back here being driven. You have a full complement of entertainment and climate technologies, scads of legroom, a nice overhead deal. Ah. Good grief, look at the optional brakes, sixteen and a half inch carbon silicon rotors that last the life of the car. The vehicle, by the way, costs 270,00 US, not including this option. ^E00:01:38
