>> So, Steve mentioned iTunes LP. Let's take a look. Here are five albums that I bought from the store. And these are some really great albums with some fantastic iTunes LP extras. Let me show you The Doors. [ Music ] It's a great interactive experience. It's got photos, videos, memorabilia, chronology, even liner notes. And if I got to the song list, you can see all the songs that are on the album. I can just play it and of course, we've got the lyrics. [ Music ] I can just flip through the songs. [ Music ] When I see something I like, this one's really great. I'm going to play it. [ Music ] The photos are amazing. Apple expands DRM-free music selection
At Macworld 2009 in San Francisco, Philip Schiller, Apple's senior vice president of marketing, announces a new music price plan and an expanded selection of digital rights management-free songs in its iTunes Store. Users will be able to strip their existing DRM-wrapped music of the controversial copy protection software, but doing so will cost 30 cents per song.
