>> Hey, this is Josh Lowensohn from Webwear.com checking out Amnesty Generator, a small app that lets you convert widgets from the popular widget providers, to work with the Windows Vista the side bar. This is the Vista side bar. It's got a smattering of widgets from weather and photos slide shows to stocks and clocks. Normally to add more gadgets to it, you need to visit Microsoft's site by clicking this button. Here you can browse through several different categories to find new gadgets for your sidebar. ^M00:00:32 [ Period of silence ] ^M00:00:36 There's lots there but what about the ones you can't find like the ones from Google's personalized desktop. ^M00:00:44 [ Period of silence ] ^M00:00:52 To help you out it's the Amnesty Generator. It lets you convert the widget code from sites like Google, Spring Widgets, and YouTube, to a brand new gadget for your side bar. Once you've picked one click the button that says opens site browsers, this will take you to a page with a listing of gadgets. Once you have found one that you like click the add to your web page button. This will take you to a personalization page where you can pick the color, the name, and even select things like the boarder. Once you're done making edits, click the get the code button. The code will show up below, simply copy it, and paste it into Amnesty Generator. The program will take care of the rest, just click the generate button. It will pop up on your Vista selection box. From here, you can just pick it and drag it down. There you go, now you got your own specialized gadget. Guba is moving toward the premium market
