It's Monday, August 1st, 2011. I'm Wilson Tang for cnet.com and it's time to get loaded. Adobe has released a preview of its new HTML5 based design tool called Edge. It's not an update to Dreamweaver, but was built to let designers create interactive HTML5 based sites. The software supports a variety of CSS, HTML5, and JavaScript technologies, but notably video, SVG, and Canvas support are still missing. Adobe plans to incorporate some of the missing tech before Edge's planned 2012 release. Meanwhile, you can download and test the software at Adobe Labs website. VIMEO, the video sharing service has long ahead free and Plus user accounts for $60 a year but now the company is rolling out a new PRO-user account for $199 a year. What's the difference between a PRO and Plus user account? PRO-users will get 50GB of videos storage and up to 250,000 streams of video. Vimeo PRO will not count bandwidth. Verizon and American Express have teamed up to offer payments through your phone and all you have to do is enter your phone number. The service is similar to one that American Express announced with Sprint. It's called Serve and while it uses to purchase goods through their phone. Users can also opt to receive a Serve Card which will let users purchase items at any retailer that accepts AmEx. Best Buy is set to launch two new internet-connected TVs with built-in support for TiVo. The 32-inch and 42-inch Insignia Televisions will retail for $499 and $699, respectively. But, it won't include a TiVo DVR, just the TiVo interface. Also included in the Best Buy branded televisions are app support for Netflix, YouTube, and Pandora. Also, the connected TVs will support Chumby's at platform. Google's second revision of its Google TV software is due out soon. But, Logitech, one of Google TV's original launch partners can't wait to get rid of its Google TV-based hardware, the Revue. The company says that it will drop the price of the Revue from $300 to just $100. Prices should reflect the change on Logitech's website and major retailers like Best Buy when Google TV 2 goes live. The software will feature a revamped interface, BBA stock an Android 3.1. Over access to the Android market and Revue customers will get the update for free.
