>> Ya know that thing where you travel through a different time zone and then you get all confused about when your meetings are and you end up missing them and feeling like an idiot? That might be just me. But, time zones are confusing so I'm Molly Wood [assumed spelling] from cnet.com with a quick tip on how to quickly swap your time zone in Outlook. Click: Tools, Options, choose Calendar Options in the Dialogue Box and then click the Time Zones button. Now, check the box next to Show an Additional Time Zone. Let's say you live on the West Coast but you travel to New York all the time for meetings -- call your New Time Zone New York -- then next time you fly to New York just open up the dialogue -- click this Swap Time Zone button and all your meetings will move to the correct zone. This is also helpful if you're planning meetings in New York while you're still in "Cali" -- you just swap time zones to figure out a good time for everyone to meet -- takes the math right out of the job. There's also this handy button Change Calendar Time Zone which is helpful if you've just moved or decided to just live on West Coast time. And, that's it for this quick tip now jet lag is your only excuse for missing meetings. I'm Molly Wood from cnet.com and you're welcome. ^M00:01:04 [ Music ]

"This Is Real 2006"

About me: I am a natural born psychic with thirty years of experience in this giving field. Between the age?s of seven and eight I started to experience dreams that would later come to pass and by the time I was ten years old I was having visions in a waking state...that would also come to pass. By the time I was thirteen years of age I could see the energy of those who have already crossed over, and in the following year I could hear their voices and communicate with them. In 1986 I started Darrah?s Magic Productions, providing magic shows for parties and special events. Over the years I have traveled the United States. In 2004 I decided to go back to doing what I knew best and love...I have spent a lifetime helping and guiding people along their journey.
