>> Brian Tong here with CNET.com at CES 2009. We're here with a First Look at Audiovox's ARW51. Now, this is a wireless speaker system that operates on the 2.4-Gigahertz frequency. And there's a few things that make this really unique. Now, it supports 5.1 audio, so that's six channels of audio. But it actually supports six receivers per channel. So essentially, you could get up to 36 speakers placed around this house. What this means is if you're watching a movie, you could have the speakers in that room, but also maybe on the patio at a party, they could be listening to the same audio. Now, another cool feature this also has is the ability to find if there's, like, a microwave or cell phone that's operating on the 2.4-Gigahertz frequency, it changes the channel so there's no interference. Now, this is uncompressed audio, full quality, and it operates up to 100 feet away from this transmitter box right here. Now the price of this system will be $599.00. It will be available sometime in March, but this is some cool wireless audio, so check it out. The Audiovox ARW51. ^M00:01:00
