Acer Iconia Tab A200 Video
Acer Iconia Tab A200 Video Transcript
Hey, guys. Erick Franklin here with Ace's follow up to its A500 and A100 Tablet. The (Aclia?) tab, A200 can stand from the pack of nearly weekly android tablet releases and so had to find out people. The A200 has the lowest price yet of any post honey comb 10 inch tablet. It has expandable memory options, a full USB port, a well design and grippy backside which I really appreciated and it's upgradeable to ice cream sandwich. While running Honey Comb, we saw poor WiFi performance but performance greatly improved. We actually did upgrade to the new OS. Unfortunately, there's only one low quality, front facing camera and there's no back camera. There's also no ACMI and Acer Ring, Acer's App and Bookmark HUB. It's slow to start and while it should make lounging apps more efficient, it doesn't. If the A200 was a member of the expendables, it will probably be the Randy (Catore?) character. I don't even remember his name. You probably didn't even notice him in the movie but the point is, it's dull, it's boring with no real special features. At its current price, it's the cheapest way to get ice cream sandwich on a tablet but that's expected to change over the next few months. However, you could live with a couple of missing features. The A200 is the current cheapest, non-contract Android deal out there. If you're interested, check out the full review for more information. Once again, I'm Eric Franklin and this is the Acer Iconic Tab A200

Acer Iconia Tab A200 (8GB) Review
The good: The Acer Iconia Tab A200 has the lowest price yet of any post-Honeycomb 10-inch tablet. It also has expandable memory options, a full USB port, and a well-designed, grippy back, and is upgradable to Ice Cream Sandwich. While running Honeycomb we saw poor Wi-Fi performance, but performance greatly improved when we upgraded to ICS.
The bad: Other than ICS upgradability, there's really nothing particularly special about the A200. There's only one, low-quality front-facing camera and no back camera. There's also no HDMI. Acer Ring, an app and bookmark hub, is slow to start and doesn't make launching apps more efficient.
The bottom line: The Acer Iconia Tab A200 delivers an appealingly low price, but makes some key sacrifices to get there.
