Everybody's all smitten with smartphones, but what if you don't want to be interrupted with a call while you're listening to your music? You start the piece out by explaining this is about the music experience and then give the Zune HD the number 3rd place? I can see giving the Touch the edge because of the App store (and some of those apps are music related), but behind the Nano? Are you kidding me? The Zune (and the service and software that goes along with it) are second to none for the music listening experience.

cnet shows it's bias I guess.

You guys forgot about the Creative Zen X-fi player. Creative's ZEN players have had FM Radios since 2001, long before iPod. The X-Fi player is the only player with the x-fi technology which improves the sound quaility. It also an SD car slot and built-in speaker and wifi for chatting
