Get ready for an eyeful of ugly this week.

We count down the worst-looking tech products, as judged by an impartial panel of me and a bunch of people on Twitter and Facebook.

And, as usual, there is a lame prize. One of the lamer ones, actually. Something called CubeGuard. Well, it's all yours if you're one of the first 10 people to post an answer correctly in the comments.

Oh, and by the way, make sure your registered e-mail address is correct, or I can't contact you about where to send the prize!

Its a stupid looking rope you put accross your cubicle to tell people to not bother you Whether you want to keep coworkers apprised of your status or just need a little peace and quiet to get your work done, CubeGuard lets you get the message across."

boy am I glad I wasn't alive at the time of that cell phone, because chances are I would have owned one and beings I keep every little gadget I buy (ok most not all) I would always be reminded of that brick and would then have to kill myself. Same goes for the brown zune except instead of not being alive as the reason for not getting one the iPod is my reason, thank you apple for saving me from that log.

the question that was post this morning in reference to the first smartphone, I don't know if this is the place to post my answer, but it was made by Kyocera and powered by Palm OS, also known as the cell phone.

ok this is the closest blog that I found for cnet tv top 5. For the lame prize win of a pack back used by journalist at CES 2008 I pick the i860 by motorola with nextel contract. I used this phone and picked up wifi everywhere. This was I think in 2005. Have to look up the sales receipt. Hey Tom is that the pack back that you used as a pillow at ces or was that the year before. Good Day!
