The only game for 2009 that has gotten a 9.5 according to Gamespot.com is
Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars.

GTA : China Town Wars for the Nintendo DS
I think it is because the rating is from Gamespot and you guys are both owned by CBS. Right ?
