LAS VEGAS -- When Ashton Kutcher and Jennifer Lopez are the biggest draws for a technology show, there's a problem.

SAN FRANCISCO--Last week it was revealed that actor Ashton Kutcher ended up in the hospital after going on an all-fruit diet to be like Apple co-founder Steve Jobs. It turns out, Kutcher's co-star Josh Gad went through some of his own method acting to channel Apple's other co-founder, Steve Wozniak.

Probably only a handful of people know what Steve Jobs was really like. And one of them is Apple co-founder and longtime friend Steve Wozniak.

After watching the first publicized clip from the Steve Jobs biopic starring Ashton Kutcher, Wozniak has said it's all wrong, according to Gizmodo.

"Not close...we never had such interaction and roles...I'm not even sure what it's getting at...," he wrote to Gizmodo.

The first film about Apple co-founder Steve Jobs since his death in 2011 will be released in theaters in April, the movie's creators said today.

Open Road Films and Five Star Feature Films today said the two companies reached a distribution deal for "jOBS."

The first film about Apple co-founder Steve Jobs since his death last year will be the "one more thing" at the famed Sundance Film Festival next month.

The festival's organizers today announced that "jOBS" would be the closing night film on January 27, marking the film's first public showing.

Kutcher-led Steve Jobs biopic fills out additional cast

Casting for the upcoming Steve Jobs film starring Ashton Kutcher continues to fill out.

Per the Hollywood Reporter, the film has snagged actors J.K. Simmons and Kevin Dunn, the latter of whom recently played the father of Shia LaBeouf's character in Michael Bay's "Transformers" series. Simmons has been tapped for the role of venture capitalist Arthur Rock, with Dunn playing Gil Amelio, who was briefly Apple's CEO ahead of Jobs' return.
