Hoarding Frames offers a large number of tools, but a messy interface seriously bogs it down in many ways, forcing you to wait through long video ads and dig through unnecessarily complex lists of options. The result is an app that feels unnaturally convoluted at times with flashes of insight that you'll wish were better executed because the ideas here are often very good.
