My biggest concern was the keyboard. Having used the Prada phone, I expected the worst. Surprisingly, the iPhone keyboard starts to feel comfortable fairly quickly. Within a few days, I went from typing two out of every three letters incorrectly down to just one in five wrong. That gives hope.
E-mail, though, is another story, making me long for my BlackBerry. Sure, Yahoo allegedly provides the same RIM-type push mail. But it's simply not as quick or easy to knock out a sentence or two on the iPhone.

Several users have reported an issue where the iPhone's slider gets stuck. That is, when attempting to unlock the iPhone -- as is necessary when waking the device manually, or when receiving a phone call -- the slider does not respond to touch, refusing to move across and properly perform an unlock.
Reset This problem may, in some cases, be the result of overall sluggish iPhone performance. As previously reported, poor performance (particularly with regard to interface elements not responding), can benefit tremendously from a full reboot. The iPhone cannot simultaneously use EDGE and voice services. That is, if you are on a call, you cannot concurrently access EDGE-data functions. In addition, as documented in Knowledge Base article #305711:
"While iPhone is actively transferring data over EDGEâ??downloading a webpage, for exampleâ??you may not be able to receive … Read more
Overcoming the iPhone's storage limitations to some extent, Box.net has introduced an optimized version of Box.net for the device. The service allows users to upload any file to its servers then remotely access them. Of course, the file format must be supported on the iPhone, so right now only Word, Excel, PDF documents, iPhone-encoded movies and images will be accessible.
The basic, free account includes 1GB of storage and has a 10MB-per-file limit. A 5GB account is $7.95 per month. The upgraded account has a 1GB per-file limit.
Of course, you could always email file attachments … Read more
