Jill Schlesinger of CBS' MoneyWatch joins the show today to talk about the economy. That doesn't mean, however, we're out of the woods, and Jill is here to show us the way out. Throw in a little bit of health care, a little bit of Social Security and a garlic smell? Only on The 404!

Strength in numbers...Having started the MSCURE project to help raise money to find the cause of MS, it is natural that much of what you see here will be very personal to me. But it is important that you realize, as do I, that despite my involvement, this project is not all about me. A million dollars will not go to me and a cure may not even arrive in time for me... a reality I am still coming to terms with. But the fact that a cure may never affect me or that MS may not affect you is not a good enough reason for us to walk away from it. One of the most important things I have learned from MS is that I can do very little by myself. I don't expect for one person to give a million dollars. As I see it, a million persons giving one dollar would be far greater a success because our strength is not in the million. It's in the multitude. "The Dick Cavett Show: Comic Legends" DVD
Before there was Dick Cavett the talk show host, there was Dick Cavett the comedian. Cavett's early career as a writer for Jack Paar and Johnny Carson naturally led him into the world of stand-up comedy, where his contemporaries were the likes of Woody Allen and Bill Cosby. Cavett would later welcome both to The Dick Cavett Show. But Cavett's comedian guests were by no means limited to his contemporaries. Cavett developed warm personal relationships with people like Groucho Marx, Bob Hope and Jack Benny. These great raconteurs and storytellers had some of their finest moments in Cavett's studio, where they found a unique forum that didn't necessarily require them to be funny. But of course they simply couldn't be anything else.
After a marathon Zune lovefest last week, Donald and Jasmine come down with...yet more talk about the Zune! Don't worry: it's just a brief update regarding the Zune HD presale, release date, capacity, and pricing. Oh, and of course we have to mention the three new colors that will be available. Then, it's on to a little third-gen iPod Touch rumor-mongering, followed by a trip down memory lane with some old-school MP3 players with tempting price tags. Finally, we have a mini in-studio rave with the iBlink headphones.

The 404 351: Where we decode our paychecks with the Jill of all trades

She preps us with tips on what young people can do to secure a stable future and she gives us three very important ways to keep the money we earn.
