>> The 370z is still fresh, but this is the sort of car people want hotter from day one. So here's the Nismo Edition from Nissan's hotrod shop. Horsepower goes up from 332 to 350 thanks to a better breathing exhaust and a hotted-up engine computer. Appropriately, the only way to liberate that power from the engine is close ratio, six-speed manual, thank you. But oddly, that's a gearbox with synch row rev matching, a little Nissan technology that is kind of like training wheels for shifting. Purists may be insulted. Suspension pieces are tightened and up-rated all around. And of course, the body is clearly not standard Z. It's faster and furiouser. There's Nismo badging all over the interior, and the seats are upholstered in non-slip material, so you can have at it and hopefully stay in place. ^M00:00:54 [ Music ]
